All orders placed by 2.00pm AEST will be shipped out same day Mon-Fri. Australia Post offers 1-2 Business Days on shipping. If you have an item you believe to be faulty we will need it returned via express shipping at your cost so we can inspect the item in question and confirm them as faulty.
