VIP LASHES PTY LTD is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing parcels.  We use a third party for all freight and always apply tracking number so we can all track the where abouts of the parcel. All orders sent are at your own risk and we will endeavour to help if there was an unfortunate incident.
