Shipping & Returns

EXPRESS SHIPPING

All orders placed by 12.00pm AEST will be shipped out same day Mon-Fri. Australia Post offers 1-2 Business Days on shipping. Please keep in mind it is out of our control once your order has been shipped and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will however be here to help if possible.

RETURNS

If you have an item you believe to be faulty we will need it returned via express shipping at your cost so we can inspect the item in question and confirm them as faulty. Orders over 14 days will void any exchange or refund. Once we have come to a conclusion you will be notified via email for an exchange, credit or refund.
