Place your tweezers or precision tools on the internal tray, close the lid, and allow 10–15 minutes for complete sterilisation. After the cycle is finished, open the lid, remove your tools, and dry thoroughly with a clean, lint-free cloth.

All orders placed by 2.00pm AEST will be shipped out same day Mon-Fri. Australia Post offers 1-2 Business Days on shipping. Please keep in mind it is out of our control once your order has been shipped and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will however be here to help if possible.
If you have an item you believe to be faulty we will need it returned via express shipping at your cost so we can inspect the item in question and confirm them as faulty. Orders over 14 days will void any exchange or refund. Once we have come to a conclusion you will be notified via email for an exchange, credit or refund.
Please note that each fan is made by hand, each fan can vary from the next and each tray will slightly different from the other. No natural lash is exactly the same, just like faux lashes so when using the fans in a set, the overall results will still look amazing.
